Albert S. Abbasse is a life-long resident of Kent County. Al served his nation as Medical Specialist in the U.S.A.R. He graduated from Aquinas College with multiple degrees in Economics, Business, Political Science and received certification to teach in Michigan and Florida. Al went onto WMU for graduate studies in International Relations and Foreign Policy.

For the past nine years, Al has been an instructor at KCAD at Ferris State University. Al teaches programs in Political Science, Economics and History.

Al is an Economist, Political Scientist and an ISO Auditor at General Motors.

I wish to represent you and your organization in Michigan’s Senate. I am infuriated with legislative officials representing special Party interest desires that do not benefit Michigan’s Economy nor make Michigan a more competitive commercial environment. Legislators are to lead, to provide oversight, to strengthen our infrastructure while representing our best interests for Michigan.

Einstein stated, “Doing the same thing over and over but expecting different results equals INSANITY.”  We have been doing the same thing for over 16 years. It is time to change, it is time for leadership that WILL lead, it is time for elected leaders to work for you and not themselves. It is my plan to win and work for you and Michigan’s future.
